The ASUS VY249HGR is a 23.8-inch Full HD IPS gaming monitor designed for smooth gaming, entertainment, work and everyday computing. Its 1920 x 1080 resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio and 178° viewing angles provide detailed visuals with consistent image quality across a wide viewing area.
A 120Hz refresh rate and 1ms MPRT response time help deliver smoother motion and reduce visible blur during fast-moving content. Adaptive-Sync technology helps minimize screen tearing and stuttering with compatible systems, making the monitor suitable for casual gaming and multimedia use.
For comfortable extended viewing, the VY249HGR includes ASUS Eye Care Plus, with Flicker-Free and Low Blue Light technologies, as well as Color Augmentation and Rest Reminder features. The monitor also includes GamePlus tools designed to provide additional on-screen gaming utilities.
Connectivity includes HDMI 1.4, VGA and a headphone jack. The monitor supports 100 x 100mm VESA mounting and tilt adjustment from -5° to +22°, allowing flexible placement in home, office or gaming setups.

Comprehensive Return Policy
- 30-Day Window: Most new and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Defective Products: We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping for defective items, wrong products received, or shipping errors, provided they are reported within the policy period.
- Refund Processing: Once received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing (7-10 business days for Laptops, Desktops, or Tablets).
Important Guidelines & Fees
- Restocking Fees: Returns for unopened items in original condition are not subject to restocking fees, but the customer covers return shipping. Other returns may be subject to a 15% – 25% restocking fee.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in 100% complete, re-sealable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Consumables (ink, toner), retail-packaged or downloadable software, and quantity purchases (10+ units) are non-refundable.
- Visual Displays: Damage to televisions (over 37") must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Monitors with 8 or more dead pixels are eligible for replacement within 30 days.
