Comprehensive Return Policy

- Defective Products: We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping for defective items, wrong products received, or shipping errors, provided they are reported within the policy period.

Important Guidelines & Fees
- Restocking Fees: Returns for unopened items in original condition are not subject to restocking fees, but the customer covers return shipping. Other returns may be subject to a 15% – 25% restocking fee.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in 100% complete, re-sealable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Consumables (ink, toner), retail-packaged or downloadable software, and quantity purchases (10+ units) are non-refundable.
- Visual Displays: Damage to televisions (over 37") must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Monitors with 8 or more dead pixels are eligible for replacement within 30 days.
